Why Work For Us?

Nottingham City GP Alliance (NCGPA) is a GP Federation that supports the future of primary care in Nottingham city. Since forming in 2016, we have grown from five members of staff to over 200 and rising...

We are the lead employer of Primary Care Network (PCN) staff and Additional Roles (ARRS), meaning we employ for many different roles across the city!

Our spacious head office is located in the heart of Nottingham city centre, and is close to a range of transport links. Many roles are based within local practices, or other locations in the community.

We don't just employ clinicians. We have teams that cover finance, human resources, communications, administration, estates, PCN support, city wide services, governance, data management and more.

What is it like working at NCGPA?

RM

Robin Mullen - PCN Clinical Pharmacist since January 2021

There are so many areas and projects to be involved in in addition to the routine medication reviews/medicines management part of the role. The opportunities to collaborate across the city to be part of a bigger vision Transforming the services and healthcare that we provide within primary care makes the role so exciting with always something new to sink your teeth into.

The longer I spend in the role as a PCN Clinical Pharmacist for NCGPA, it is becoming increasingly clear that there is no ceiling to where we can go as it constantly provides new opportunities for pharmacist to branch out into different disciplines.
