Practice Provision

We directly manage the day-to-day running of four practices across Nottingham city:

Each of these sites has their own dedicated team of clinical and non-clinical staff, including Practice Managers who oversee day-to-day operations.

Bilborough Medical Centre

We have managed Bilborough Medical Centre since April 2019. 

The practice is situated at two sites, one in the centre of Bilborough and one within the Mornington Crescent estate in Nuthall.

Grange Farm Medical Centre

We have managed Grange Farm Medical Centre since October 2021.

The modern, purpose built surgery is located on Tremayne Road off Glaisdale Drive and Birchover Road, and is easily accessible for patients on foot, by car or public transport.

Greendale Primary Care Centre

We have managed Greendale Primary Care Centre since January 2023.

The practice is situated in Sneinton, close to Nottingham city centre.

Parliament Street Medical Centre

We have managed Parliament Street Medical Centre since July 2021.

The practice is located in the heart of Nottingham, on Upper Parliament Street, meaning it is accessible to all those within the city centre.
